How To Order Online

Add the items you want to purchase by clicking the “Add to Cart” button on the right side of each item’s product information page. Hover over the shopping basket icon in the header, to view the items in your cart or to checkout. Create an account using your e-mail address and a strong password, verify the cart information, as well as the billing and shipping information. Here you are asked to provide your credit card information. This screen also contains an area to make any special notes to us. After you submit your credit card information you will be redirected to the Order Complete page, which will contain details of your order. You will also receive a order confirmation by email. When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. If you need assistance with placing your order online please call us at 508-564-5840.

Approved retailers can place an online Wholesale order in this website’s wholesale ordering area by logging in using the “Login/Register” button at the top of every page.

Payment Options

We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover. To pay by personal check, money order or certified check, please mail to address below along with your order (be sure to include shipping charges – see below chart).

Consumer orders may be available for pickup by appointment via 508-564-5840.


Sales Tax

There is no sales tax on our products. We are based in Massachusetts where food items are not taxed.


Changing or Cancelling an Order

You may change or cancel an order if it has not shipped. Call Customer Service at 508-564-5840. Customer Service hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST.



Shipping Coverage Area 
All consumer orders are shipped via a small package carrier from our facility in Massachusetts and can only be delivered to addresses within the 48 contiguous states. Ground shipping is the service utilized, unless warm weather or customer “need by” date necessitates expedited service. We currently do not ship
consumer orders to the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii, outside the U.S. including Canada, and APO/FPO addresses.


Shipping Charges (per recipient)
Shipping costs are calculated by each order’s estimated shipping dimensions and weight. The most affordable option is selected by default, but customers may select different services according to their needs.


Expedited Shipping
Expedited service is necessary for warm weather orders that are greater than a 3 day transit time. We will reach out to you via email if your order requires expedited shipping. Contact customerservice@capecodprovisions.com or call 508-564-5840 (Mon-Fri 9-5 EST) with questions/concerns.

Warm Weather Shipping (over 74°F anywhere along the shipping route)
Shipping during warm weather or to a warm climate requires special insulated packaging and reusable cold packs. From 6/1 to 9/15 a charge will automatically be added to every order ($4.00 for orders of $300.00 or less, $8.00 for orders of $300.01-$600.00, and $12.00 for orders totaling over $600.00). If insulative packaging is not required during this time-frame, this charge will be removed/refunded at the time of shipping. Outside of the aforementioned time period this charge will be manually added to orders during processing for any that such packaging is required. There may be delays to orders placed toward the end of the week to keep the transit time as short as possible.


Order Processing & Delivery Time 
We strive to pack and ship all orders within 5-7 business days. If you absolutely need an order to ship sooner, please call customer service at 508-564-5840 by noon EST. Note, orders that ship to warm climates are only shipped on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. During the summer all orders are shipped on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, so that they do not sit over the weekend at a shipping facility.
